"Very happy with Expert Flooring Solutions from start to finish. Keisha was extremely helpful in helping select and ordering new carpeting in their showroom. She also ordered samples of carpeting they did not have available to show me. The samples were mailed directly to me. It made color comparison extremely helpful as carpeting looks different under your home lighting than it does in the showroom. After I selected the carpet and color, Shawn (one of the co-owners) came out to take measurements and gave me the estimate right on the spot. It was great not having to wait to hear back (as you often do when using big box retailers like RC Willey, Lowe's, etc.). As soon as a I agreed to go ahead with the project, Keisha contacted me to schedule the install. The installation took the better part of one day. Jose arrived promptly at the start time given along with a coworker. He was extremely friendly and amenable to receiving questions and any concerns. They hauled away the old carpeting/padding and cleaned everything up afterwards. Shawn came by two days later to make sure everything was done correctly and to my satisfaction and to inspect the work done. Payment was only expected after I was happy with the work done. I would highly recommend them for carpeting installation. They are less expensive than other carpet/flooring businesses than I got estimates from. In addition, they are a small locally owned business. I enjoyed the more personalized attention given and the quick response times."

"Anthony the owner and James his partner were fantastic. I actually contacted three providers from Angies List. Two local, which included Euflooria as well as a nationally known provided, Empire Carpet fo an in home estimate. I was not impressed with the other local provider so I chose not to visit the showroom. Empire Carpet and Euflooria had great customer service when I contacted them. However, Empire does not have a showroom. They advertise that they bring the showroom to you with "hundreds of samples ". However , while very nice and professional, first it was clear the consultant had trouble measuring the stairs and had ro call someone on the phone for advice. The stairs are custom with the base being very wide and curves as you go up. It was important to me that the measurements be absolutely accurate for the entire project because in reading the reviews for Empire, reoccurring comments were complaints that the measurements were incorrect which resulted in not enough carpet being ordered for the job and the company did not make good on it. The second problem with Empire is that they did not "bring the showroom". They literally brought only one sample and one brand. When I asked about other choices, thinking they were still in the vehicle I was told want they showed me was all they brought. Turns out the sample was a new brand they were marketing and trying out. They offered very limited grades and color selections. The estimate for cost for the highest grade was very expensive and looked like something nice but very basic. I passed. Meanwhile, I visited Euflooria showroom several times because there were so many brands, colors and grade of carpet to choose from. Anthony personally took the measurements. He explained how the measurements had to be taken for the stairs in order to get a custom fit when the carpet is laid. What also impressed me is.when I asked about what happens if the measurements are off, and not enough carpet is ordered. Anthony said the company would pay for the extra carpet needed and put this in the contract. I selected one the most well known top carpet brands and highest grade and padding and it was still less than the cost quoted by Empire. The guys at Euflooria who installed the carpet were employee's not subcontractors. They were so professional and detailed. As I watched how they prepared the stairs and installed the carpet, it was clear they were very experienced. My home is beautiful. Thank you Anthony, James and the rest of the team. "After much research for both materials and contractors I am so pleased with the end result. I only wish my search for just the right flooring was as easy as finding just the right Las Vegas flooring installation contractor: Soebbing Flooring Inc. dba ES Design Flooring Specialists. One of the primary websites that I used Angie’s List (and because I am a compulsive researcher, I also checked out Home Adviser and the Better Business Bureau). All the positive comments made about ES Design were true. My first and primary connect was Renee Ferrari. She is an absolute pleasure to work with: attentive, responsive, but neither pushy, nor an “upseller.” Because our home is a high rise condo and water damage from sprinklers, as well as leakage from other units, is a definite concern Renee suggested Luxury Vinyl Plank. When I told her my research had included LVP, but that I could not find any that I thought really looked enough like hardwood to suit me, so I had chosen Pergo TimberCraft + WetProtect Waterproof Hillcrest Hickory Handscraped Wood Plank Laminate Flooring. She said that she thought what I had selected would be suitable for our needs – with one minor adjustment as an extra safety precaution - because we were also putting it in the kitchen (the LR/DR and kitchen are one large “great room”) – and that was to unhook the dishwasher to avoid possible leaks. For us that was highly doable, because we do very little cooking, and thus, very little washing up. The installation went without a hitch. The crew, headed up by Jose, was not only on time, but actually early, every day. They worked diligently, but did not rush. They did detailed work that I had not even thought of, and cleaned up each evening before they left. Renee came by to check to make sure that things were going properly and that I was satisfied with the progress. They actually finished the job before I had anticipated it would be completed – and very importantly, no project drama! I could not be happier with Renee and ES Design's work product and their service. I would highly recommend both ES Design and Pergo TimberCraft + WetProtect Waterproof Hillcrest Hickory Handscraped Wood Plank Laminate Flooring."

"I would like to recognize â Floor Covering International â for their five star customer service as well as five star professionalism, and quality of work. I contacted them after receiving poor service from a pushy sales person from another company.When I spoke to the receptionist â Floor Coverings Internationalâ , I explained what I had been though and friendly sales representative assured me that the sales representative doing my was a professional, and I would not have to worry about being pressured into buying anything. When Travis arrived-to my house ,he listened to what type of project I was requesting and did not try to talk me in to something I did not want. I also explained to Travis that I wanted the installation to occur in one month and he did not try to intimidate me by telling me that the price would change, and I really appreciated that! After signing the contract, there was a few concerns I had and Travis,as well as the supervisor Brad, contacted me in a matter of minutes to put my mind at ease. They both assured that the Floor installation would happen at the exact date and time I requested. The installation crew supervisor, Pedro, arrived the first day of installation and provided me information on how to maintain and care instructions for my new floors. Pedro also stopped by two additional times to check on the the crew and made adjustments to ensure the floors would be completed in a timely manner. The whole installation crew was very professional and they worked nonstop. They also kept their area tidy each day. One thing that really impressed me was the moving of the furniture. The crew took pictures of everything before they moved it and once the floors were complete, they put everything back in exact order!! When I tell you this company is a five star organization, please trust and believe. Their prices were not bad at all and actually for the same price, the other company was charging, I was able to get another area of laminate floors versus the carpet. The other company tried to pressure me to get. I know this review is super long but for the service I received, the least I can do is to recognize â Floor Coverings Internationalâ for a job well done! I have to mention that the guys who did the floor were awesome as well! I believe the main man s name is Hector They re very quick, too as the whole project only took them a few hours...they were done the same day!! This was new laminate wood flooring for a big master bedroom and closet. We are very happy to have chosen ES or Soebbing Flooring, and would highly recommend them."
